Think you've seen the last of cheap Windows Phones from Nokia, like the Lumia 610? We're sorry to have to tell you this, but according to Engadget who listened in on the media conference call this morning there's going to be a lot more where that came from. In fact, Nokia revealed on the call that Microsoft is already offering the necessary tools to make Lumia devices even cheaper than their initial Tango effort, but the company did not "have the sight" to make it happen earlier. Expect this renewed cost-conscious effort go go along with a greater internal focus towards Lumia devices, which means we could end up seeing a much larger array of Windows Phones by next year.
