As you probably know, we're absolute dorks about Windows Phone so you can imagine what our minds are going through right now while still trying to process all of the news from today. But on our 10,000th viewing of the official video demonstrating the all-new Start Page, we noticed something odd. At the very end of the video, there's a close-up on Joe Belfiore's lock screen (because he was on stage when they first showed the clip).
If you look closely though, there are some odd new lock screen notifications that we can see at the bottom next to the familiar missed call icon. We've attempted to enlarge them and darken out their surroundings to make them a little easier to see. One is an oval-shaped orb, which we're guessing could be for the Games Hub but it doesn't exactly look like the iconic Xbox logo. The second one is even more intriguing, because it's the classic Windows flag icon. The latter seems like it could be showing off how many notifications are queued up from apps on your phone, but again we just don't know for sure.
Anyone have any guesses or insider info on this one? Feel free to share with us in the comments.
