WP Bench hasn't been the most reliable of places to find Windows Phone news lately, but that's with the devices names. We'd imagine it's a lot harder to fake a benchmark speed test, and that's exactly what we've spotted today.
WMPoweruser noticed that WP Bench had a new leader atop its Devices by Speed list, and it's a mysterious device called Juggernaut Alpha. This isn't the first time the codename has been thrown around, but at that point it was tough to put stock into any codenames since many have proven to be fake. This time around though, Juggernaut Alpha has a score next to its name and it absolutely wallops anything that came before it with 151.14 points. The nearest competitor is the HTC Titan with 97.32, so that suggests Mr. Alpha is a next-gen Windows Phone device.
Now we still wouldn't put a lot of faith behind this, mostly because if you look at the image above you'll also see a Nokia "Lulina 700". So as always, be skeptical.
