Microsoft's presence at the Nokia event this past week was almost entirely focused (pun not intended) on the new camera features, in particular Lens apps. This new category of apps opens so many new possibilities in Windows Phone 8, as demonstrated by Nokia's upcoming Cinemagraph app.

So it comes as a surprise to see that the Nokia Developer website (under 'Connectivity') has listed that the Lumia 920 will be able to share media to Google-owned services Picasa and YouTube, as well as Flickr. WP7.nl has a theory that YouTube may end up being a separate third-party app or have a built-in sharing feature, while Picasa and Flickr will leverage the Lens functionality to plug into Windows Phone 8's camera app. Definitely feasible, but of course it's just speculation.

The fact that the mention of these services is on an official Nokia website vouches for its authenticity, but then again this could be a simple mistake on the part of an intern. We'll just have to wait and see.
