Do you want to be in San Francisco on October 29th and experience the Windows Phone 8 reveal in all of its eternal glory? Normally you'd need an invite, but Ben 'the PC Guy' Rudolph is quite the generous dude.
He has announced on his own Tumblr blog that he will be giving away tickets for attending the big reveal to fans with the best story. Here are the rules you need to follow in order to sneak your way in:
- Be in San Francisco on 10/29. We’re not covering travel or hotels so you’re on your own for that if you’re coming from somewhere else.
- Send an email to windowsphone@microsoft.com with why you’re the world’s biggest Windows Phone fan. Tell us why you love your Windows Phone and why it’s made a difference in your life.
- Best story wins. Your tale will be evaluated by me and a panel of illustrious judges like Bill Cox, KC Lemson and David Chen.
This is sort of an informal contest, so no details were given as to when the giveaway will end. But if we were you, we'd send that email ASAP if you want the chance to go!
