The perennial pioneer of Windows Phone Hacker-y has let slip plans for another innovative homebrew app. Reintroduce yourself to Dynamic Background, which is about to get bumped up to its second version and along with it a bevvy of changes.
The app was originally released in March, but it was considered experimental and only gave users the option to push Bing's daily images to their lock screen. While Dynamic Background 2 includes that feature, it also throws in a new slideshow option which lets you select your own sequence of images to cycle through. Not only that, but you can customize how often the lock screen gets its new image with a handy 'Update Frequency' meter. It's all wrapped up in a simple to use package, in typical Jaxbot style.
The homebrew app is set to be released in a few days, so keep an eye on the source link for the download.
