Despite what our polls may indicate, there seems to be a lot of interest surrounding the Windows Phone 8X and 8S by HTC. That's especially true in light of Nokia's global strategy to sell their new Lumias through exclusive carrier channels.

But how much are HTC's Windows Phones going to cost? We still have no idea what the on-contract pricing could be here in the States, but abroad we are seeing the first indicators of how much money you're going to have to plunk down come November. Negri Electronics has just placed the 8X for pre-order, and the asking price is a reasonable $554.50 USD. Then there's Expansys, who is ready to charge quite a bit more at £399.99 ($645 USD). Meanwhile, the 8S is going for a much more reasonable price. Negri has it listed for a mere $312.50 USD, and Expansys is going to offer it for £239.99 (about $387 USD).

Hopefully these prices are helpful and factor into your decision if you're deciding between the two (or another phone).
