Just as earlier reports claimed, AT&T has come through to announce its plans to carry Nokia's new Lumia smartphones. That's right, smartphones is plural because the carrier is going to be offering customers both the Lumia 920 and the Lumia 820 on their LTE network this November.
Also worth noting is that AT&T has some sort of exclusive over the device in the United States. It's not clear if it is an indefinite exclusive, like the Lumia 900, or a temporary one that barely gives AT&T the upper-hand. Either way, right now the only place you will be able to buy a Lumia 920 come November is from AT&T. Meanwhile, the Lumia 820 is not said to be an exclusive and will launch on the carrier with a single color option: black.
Oh, by the way we were right. A cyan model has returned to glory alongside today's announcement, and it looks like this color will be available globally. Apparently Nokia saw the feedback and disappointment surrounding the lack of cyan as a color choice and decided to revive it. However, when the Lumia 920 goes on sale through AT&T it will only be available in store in red, grey, or black — the yellow and cyan options must be purchased through AT&T's online store.
Check out one more glorious image of a cyan Lumia 920 after the break!
