You thought Microsoft would only be pushing Windows 8 this holiday? Please. Worrying Walters can rest easy knowing now that Microsoft has just gone one of the offensive with new commercials for two other holiday gambles: the Surface RT and the Xbox 360's new entertainment focus.

The Surface RT is highlighted in a new TV spot that ditches the colorful choreography in favor of the kickass, menacing sci-fi feel that the original teaser made an impression with. Meanwhile, the Xbox 360 has also been the subject of a new advertisement that shows off the powerful multimedia of the console in a white room with an ever-changing canvas. Both are extremely slick, clearly high-budget productions that are finally good Microsoft commercials. We can't stress that enough: they're actually good this time.
